Direct TV Customer Service - Direct TV
To Direct TV customer service; It's not complicated, if someone has a concern, problem, etc. Fix it, that's all a consumer wants. Don't spew out policies and procedures what happened, what didn't happen. Listen to the customer and make their problem go away.
My experience to date with Direct TV is they just add more problems, things to do, hassle on the consumer's end and hide behind policy. I want to work with a company that makes my life easier not harder!
