Directv does not value good customers and billing practices are inflexible - Billing practices
As a customer I have a flawless payment history for over 8 years. Once I was late by 2 days and was socked with a late fee immediately. No grace period given because of my payment history.
I used their "Can't make payment now" button and their disclaimers basically tell you that you will get a late fee, etc. etc.
A worthless option !!!! But, they also have a "pay ahead" option which takes your money but gives you nothing in return.
Lastly, They WILL NOT ever change a payment DUE DATE for reasons only known to them.
I'm glad that I'm no longer bound by a contract with them so that I can pull the plug anytime on them.
