Directv gets a U for unsatisfactory
Directv is THE WORST!! I recently moved into a new home and throughout the process of moving, signing up with directv was the most frustrating part. I only signed up because Uverse wasn't in my area and i was told that i could still have ATT internet. WRONG. cable came but no internet. they got the order wrong and i ended up having to pay for an extra box when i already placed an order for it. i ordered 5 boxes and only received 4. Then the channels i asked for were wrong. i wanted to leave because i was coned into having directv and i ended up not even having att because they also claimed i couldn't get it in my area. i was unknowingly signed up for auto bill pay and $99 was deducted from my card TWICE in 2 days. They claimed they couldn't refund the money and now i am $99 out. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this service and although it hasn't even been a month yet i am not looking forward the next 23 months with this service. Directv has been disappointing and although the technicians who came out were amazing, the company is not. I will NOT be staying with this company when my contract is over and ill be sure to steer any new customers away from this horrible service.
