False advertising - lied about terms

I choose Direct TV because they all the time sent this coupons for AT&T mobile customers.

The coupon stated that for $60 I get the choice channel line up with 175 channels and all professional installation, equipment is free and my monthly payment will be $60 plus taxes and fees.
It turned out that when the installation was done I had to pay $28.5 what actually doesn't appear in my payment history. I should of stopped there but I went ahead and installed it. MY first bill was $176.85. This included the $60 for the channel line up a 17.85 for taxes an fees and $99 called "Activity". When I called customer service they tried to explain to me that the equipment is special. Since the support was in India I thought I will try the chat maybe they can do something about it. After a ling chat they told me that it will be removed and contacted in a few days. That never happened, now I got my second bill with the unpaid $176 plus now for channel line up is $64 plus they added an insurance for &7.99 and some regional sports for $5.86 and also $5 late fee. Now my bill become $261.

Today I was on phone this time with a service rep in Mexico for 55 min and the only thing she did remove the insurance, but I am not shore of that because I have no proof.
So all in all this is the worst experience I had with a cable company, and there is no place where you actually can write a complaint to them
