Horrible customer service


I called today 04/03/17 after having received a notification from Credit Karma that my credit was pulled on 03/30/17. I spoke with Elsa-employee #736675 and she was not helpful at all. I told her my problem, she kept asking me how much was charged to my card. I told her that it wasn't a charge issue, it was a credit pull I didn't authorize. Finally when she understood what I was telling her she told me to just put a freeze on my credit and told me that there was nothing she could do because I wasn't a customer. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she told me she wouldn't transfer. I asked repeatedly and she said no and not even a supervisor would help me because I wasn't a customer. She even chuckled!!! I have worked hard on my credit and she thinks this is a joke. I couldn't get anywhere with her so I ended the call. I called back and spoke with Maria# 100742930. She was very helpful and even started a dispute! Kudos to her for going above and beyond!
