Y do I pay for your broke equipment - direct tv hdtv box

Why is it that I have to pay 19.95 shipping and handling on your broke @$$ equipment? And I do t get a refund for the 2-5 days of interrupted service. I will be leaving when my contract expires. Unless you all fix this travesty More...
