direct tv lying to me
i have been a long time costomer of direct tv.i have had trouble with my sevice for over a year the the littlest dark cloud service would be lost.box would freeze fast for would not stop. finally i had enough my contract was out i called told them to fix it or remove it.the woman said our equipment was out dated. said they were going to put all new equipment in at no cost to us and no renewal of our contract.they came the next day intallled it i was very additament that i was not renewing my contract.the woman said there wouldn,t be any charges or renewal of the contract after it was in my bill is now over 100 a month more they renewed my contract the technician told me to sign i again said i was not redoing my contract he said it was just saying he installed the system. the only charge they did come back and them us was a 5 dallor charge for hd service. i hate to use the word lie but that is exactlly what direct tv did to me i have requested the lady who did this to me her id number and they said they would have to wait and see if they came give me that information.again I WAS VERYCLEAR TO EVERY ONE I SPOKE TO THAT I WOULD NOT RENEW MY CONTRACT OVER AND OVER AGAIN I SAID NO NEW CONTRACT.and i was mislead flat out lied to. and i dont think that this is how direct tv normally does buisness and with no resolution to this problem i dont see use being able to stay a coustome of direct tv .
