    I just called to order direct tv was on the phone for over a hour and they told me I was denied because my mom had direct tv and owed 200 dollars back in 2006. at the time I didn't even live with her I was just marred and on my own I did live in the house a year before in 2005. it really pissed me of considering that should have nothing to do with me it wasn't my bill and I never lived with her the time she had it. my mom was upset and called them to for giving out her info they should have never told me the balance due. can they even so this?   • Crazy Horrible Drivers



    You guys need o pick better drivers. One of your drivers tried to run me off of the road with my 7 month old son in the car. He about smashed into the right side of my car on purpose. I was getting off of Veterans Parkway onto 204 East.I was on the left side and he on the right. It turns into a one lane.   • DIRECT TV POOR CUSTOMER POLICY!



    After spending an hour and 20 minutes on the phone and speaking with 5 different people I can't believe what I am hearing! I have a Direct TV dish on my home, and I want it to be uninstalled.     Directv is a rip-off. No one knows what they are talking about...everytime I contacted Directv with ANY issue, I was always given different information from any customer care person I spoke to.     We are moving I wasted two hours last night trying to establish a bundle of TV and internet for our new home. I was forced to settle on a TV package then sent to the Internet department. Two issues: The quote for a bundle was not honored after setting up the TV package and though they knew I had internet service from a partner, were not able to set it up in the new location with my name.     We have Direct TV service at our home and added it to our vacation house. When it was added, we emphasized that we only lived there part time and wanted minimum service which was supposed to be noted on the account. Just noticed that they were adding an NFL package automatically unless I called by specific date!     Bumped in to our Direct TV satellite dish while mowing-I don't know for sure if that is what caused it or not, but now we have NO satellite connection-on all THREE of our TV's.     I was promised by a "Donald" a wonderful package that included tv phone and internet for about $70 a month. I was then contacted about the install and verified the date for the tech to come and install it.     I am being billed inconsistently and for services your website even states are unnecessary. Being billed under $24 initially per month which was increased to over $88 like the third month with no intended changes to service, the only intended changes were an additional HD Receiver.     What a piece of shit of a company. Gave me equipment showed me how to use the hd/Dvr but while I had my back turned workers went to truck and took out hd/Dvr and put in just a receiver.     I have been a direcTV customer for 7 years and I am HIGHLY upset about the billing. Typically my billing is around the $120 range. I went away for 4 months and suspended my account while I was away. First, my service started PREMATURELY and second, my bill was over $200.     The first time I order the service from Direct tv, to my new home it was because there where not other company in my zone. They have no clue what they are talking about and the technicians they send out tell a completely different story than what the customer service reps say over the phone.     I have had Direct TV for 2 yrs. Worst service ever! Equipment doesn't work properly. Call in told the equipment is mine & it is my responsibility but cancelled the service & now the equipment is suddenly leased & has to be returned.     In July of last year we talked to direct tv and asked to send our boxes back. We never recieved the boxes for our dvrs. So in February with my husbands deployment we decided to cancel completely.     I signed up with a two year deal with a AAA discount for up to six rooms. When the technician came to install the service to two rooms, the deal was only for one room and the price was suddenly more.     This is based on my experience with Direct TV 3 years back! Direct TV was WORTHLESS!!!! EVERYTIME it rained and was overcast, AND I MEAN EVERYTIME, my service would go out. They lock you in a 2 year contract and do nothing to compensate you for the many times you have no service!!!!!!!     DirecTV will lie to you and offer you prices on packages they can't possibly apply enough discounts to give you to retain your business, get you in a 24 month contract and then tell you oh well you signed a contract & we can't honor the package we promised you!     I finds this review interesting because it seems as if Direct Tv customer service and supervisor personnel has an habit of saying "it is not in the record".     When I ordered this service it was sold to me that I would be receiving over 130 channels, plus one specific channel that I had requested for $24.99 and there were numerous discounts I was allegedly getting along with this great deal.     Per my agreement with DirecTV I was to call by 3/15/14 and cancel the premium channels and NFL Sunday ticket if I did not want continue.     I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH DIRECT TV UNTIL I MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION WHERE THEY COULD NOT SERVICE ME. I WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $234.28 MOVING FEE, WHICH I DID BEFORE THE TECHNICIAN EVER CAME OUT (BIG MISTAKE!). THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT ON MARCH 1,2014 AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO HELP ME. I CALLED AND CANCELLED THE ORDER MINUTES AFTER HE LEFT. I WAS TOLD AT THAT TIME THAT MY REFUND WOULD BE RETURNED TO ME IN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.
