    I signed up for Direct TV about 6 months ago. My package included up to 4 receivers at no additional charge. At the time I only needed one. I asked the salesman if I could add another receiver later and he told me that would be NO problem. I contacted Direct TV today and was told it would be $120.00 charge to send me another receiver.     I cancelled directv, was told they'd send something in the mail for my.end statement. Got it Friday, so 5 days ago. Today, they took out the full amount & didn't say a word.     I called today 04/03/17 after having received a notification from Credit Karma that my credit was pulled on 03/30/17. I spoke with Elsa-employee #736675 and she was not helpful at all. I told her my problem, she kept asking me how much was charged to my card. I told her that it wasn't a charge issue, it was a credit pull I didn't authorize.     My husband and I decided to get tv service in 2015. I had to call and ask about my bill every single month because somthing was always more than it was suppose to.     I am constantly on the phone monthly with Directv because I am being charged for things I didn't agree too, losing reception because they are always having some sort of issue. I cancelled 2 of my genie boxes and the person I spoke to failed to tell me the steps I needed to follow once the return kit was sent to me.     So last year they came to my door with what was supposed to have been a great deal. They were going to save me money even after my 12 month trial period. Well once I signed up all the good deals went right out the window. I am now paying more than than I was with my other satellite provider but am stuck with this provider for another year.     I have had multiple representative consistently tell me different things "they can do " to help my issues they are previous rep caused.     I was originally assisted by a sales men. He was kind and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, in the end i decided to stick with my Cox provider.     My DVR lost connectivity with my wi-fi. I ran through the menu and auto connect features and was unable to re-connect. So I called the number listed on the TV screen for help.     I choose Direct TV because they all the time sent this coupons for AT&T mobile customers. The coupon stated that for $60 I get the choice channel line up with 175 channels and all professional installation, equipment is free and my monthly payment will be $60 plus taxes and fees.     Directv stopped working. We did the troubleshooting steps and then called tech support. They could not help and said a tech would come some time more than a month later.     Directv offered me HBO for free for 3 months, then they made the mistake of giving me a bill credit on the previous month than it should have been, so their solution was to charge me that amount more thus month.     For some reason that defies common sense, Directv has decided not to provide any e-mail support of any kind to their customers who they call "valued" but don't step p to prove that.     Direct TV I thought that by FCC rules they would be required to provide the Major Networks to it's customers. I just talked to their Cust Service Dept. ABC is gone and they have no idea when a substitute for Channel 9 WUFT, will be available to me.     We switched from AT&T Uverse to DirecTV and SO SORRY we did. When it's working it's fine BUT we just had a light snow fall and I have to get on the roof and clear the dish.     I've recently had to switch from at&t uverse to DIRECTV. When I did they told me I would be getting all the channels I currently got with uverse for the same price. They lied. I lost about a quarter of the channels I was getting and had to upgrade to a more expensive package to get half of them back.     I was told years ago directv was in negotiations with pacn. Still no network. The pacn even warned you people would wanna leave your services. I refuse to go another football season with out this network. I pride myself in not missing my teams games as a die hard fan.     I never write reviews on anything, but my experience with DirecTV was so horrible that I feel obligated. I moved from North Carolina to Ohio and decided to try DirecTV. After installation I never had any channels. I called 3-4 times and they sent someone out twice and they never fixed it.
