Bait & Switch? - Fraud/ Bait and Switch

I hope I'm wrong but so many things have gone wrong on my order & installation. I did NOT order an HD DVR but that's what the installer brought (said it was on his order). That's another charge to my bill that I can't afford and they won't exchange it.

Then the TV channels wouldn't come up so we called and the company told my installer that I had NOT ordered a program package. Guess what that does? It voids any rebates you were supposed to get!
I ordered a package of course and it was confirmed to me over the phone twice before hanging up the day I ordered everything.
Now I'm having to fight for the rebates. I also was denied the referral credit but fought that last week and it came thru.
I've only had the service 1 week!!!
After everything's confirmed, why did it all change? Sloppy operators? Bait & switch. I don't know but I am exhausted trying to get the promotions and credits I was promised.I've written iy all and e-mailed as I don't think the operators can be trusted.
We'll see.......
