Broken verbal agrement - Satellite Tv Service


I asked an was told I would get a $200.00 credit card. when I signed for two years. Two week's later I called about the card and was told it would take 4 to 8 week's. 9 week's later I called about the card, this time I was told I needed to go online to get a form to fill out and send it in. I did, but it was pass the deadline. Was on the phone for 27 minutes I got $150.00 credit on my account , not what I wanted. I wanted to cancel but that would cost me $400.00
