Cancellation.
I was originally assisted by a sales men. He was kind and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, in the end i decided to stick with my Cox provider. I didn't like the fact that directv was a 2 year contract and if you need to cancel before your term, there are some fees and other hidden fees (i've done my research on that). Today i contacted directv back to cancel my account before the installations. A gentlemen on the phone by the name of Christian was nice in the beginning and he assisted me with cancelling the account. I still had a question but when he was done cancelling my account he wanted to end the call right away. I'm like wait and then he goes "OH" and continue on with informing me about the refund of the installation fee. I told him straight up that when a customer is not done talking to you, you do not rush to disconnect the phone with them. That is very rude! Now you can disconnect! I look forward to seeing my refund in the next 7 business days or so help me god, i will give Directv hell! I've worked at call centers before so I'm well aware of how agents feel about customers and how customers feel when they do not get the best service. That was just disrespectful.
