Cold Hearted Don't Care About Customers - Direct TV


I called today to get an extension on what was left of a previous bill totaling $44.24 I asked for an extra 2 days yes I said 2 days more they was willing to go to the 11th but payday is the 13th they said they couldn't help me I first talked with Drew then I begged to speak with someone else then Alex got on the phone I explained I just needed 2 extra days and I would pay my whole bill both these ladies said unfortunately there is nothing we can do I've been a costumer of theirs for years but you see I had explained to them I just returned from burying my mother it was out of state yet they couldn't help me with 2 extra days I will be changing to someone else ASAP
