Direct TV Didn't Keep Their Promises


I switched to Direct TV and AT & T a month and a half ago. At that time the serviceman who installed my TV box told me that I could get up to four "Little Brother" boxes for other TV's to receive and play info from the main box, that all I would have to do is call and they would send one to me. I had one for a TV in my workout room and knew at that time I would need another one because my dad was giving me a small TV for my office. When I called today, I was told that since I hadn't called within 14 days it would cost me $100! I was given wrong information by their service person which will cost me a great deal of money if I want a TV in my office. Bad business practice.
