Direct TV failed to deliver in all accounts!


We signed up for Direct TV thru Sams Club. A guy came out in an unmarked personal truck. He was a contract worker. Not directly employed by Direct TV. He couldn't speak English well and had trouble hooking up in the house. After 4 hrs he just said he had to go! job not finished. No volume control in living room. Left sawdust in the bedroom on floor. Still waiting on 2nd DVR we were promised because we had 2 DVRs with our other carrier. We have called 4-6 times a week for the last 4 weeks. Job still not done and he will not return our phone calls. Next I'm going to Sams to make a complaint with manager.

I totally agree with you. It is really bad service. Don't listen to the gimmick! They won't service you unless you buy the extended warranty for an extra $75 a year and then it still takes 5 days for them to get to your house to fix it. The cheaper bill for 6 months is not worth the aggravation! Stay away!
