I don't know where to start....This is by far the WORST company I've ever had to deal with in my life. Every month they screw up on my bill whether is a greater amount or they add receivers to my account which makes the bill go up. Every month my bill comes a different amount and its always a greater amount which I literally have to call every single month to fix it and it is pathetic. I had one person from customer care say that they had added a receiver to my account (which we didn't physically have) meaning I had been paying for an additional receiver I didn't know about for 14 months!!!! Nobody there is ever on the same page either. One person says something and the other says another completely different thing. I am SICK of dealing with this company. Never again will I deal with this. I cant wait for my service to be up!!!! On top of everything they rip you off. I've been paying all this money for a shitty company in which doesn't help a client because they don't know what is going on or better said they don't know what they are doing. About $200/month is not worth paying when you still have to pay extra to watch certain movies on certain channels. RIDICULOUS! Also be careful when adding a receiver because they will NOT tell you that by adding a receiver your contract renews so there they screw you over once again. That happened to me when I added my last receiver and we were not notified that the contract would renew so now to get out of the contract its over $300 that I would have to pay. I even spoke to a supervisor today who didn't help not one bit. You would think you're better off talking to someone superior than just the customer service people but that's not how Direct Tv works. They are all very unhelpful. For those of you who are shopping around, DO NOT GET YOURSELF INTO A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY and save yourselves the headaches!
