Direct still has issues after having 3 service guys here to try & fix it????


I started my DIRECTV service on 5-17-16, from the start I had channels that were freezing up to where I missed scenes from my shows! Also, if it sprinkled light rain showers you could not watch tv at all since the picture was gone! The pictures also faded out, and even when recording on the DVR the channels would still have issues and freeze up! After several calls to AT&T reps who were either hard to understand English or hard to deal with since I caught them lying to me several times and only seemed to be concerned about their commissions!! I finally got to talk to a DIRECTTV rep after 13 calls within a 3-4 day period! I showed the service technician my issues on my tv and he didn't know what was wrong! So he changed out my modems & wiring and I still have issues! I've had 2 more service technicians from DIRECTTV all within the first few months of getting DIRECTTV! It's been almost 7 months and I still have issues with the pictures messing up and most recently the worst on 12-8-16 when I taped a show on my DVR and 1/2 of the show I couldn't see cause the pictures kept having issues of lines, scrambling, jittery etc! I am a disabled woman who's main entertainment is tv, however I could not afford to pay the cancellation fee since my income is very limited! However after this last recording off my DVR I refuse to pay big money towards a product that won't function correctly and have decided to cancel my service with At&T in January 2017! I will find another service that appreciates their customers instead of belittling them into staying with crap service! I will also be warning all my friends and relatives to not get DIRECTTV or deal with AT&T! They should be letting me out of this contract since all I keep getting is faulty service! Not right for any customer especially when their technical support cannot detect the problem! I even asked AT&T if I could switch back to UVERSE and they wanted to charge me $300 plus $400 cancellations fee???? I'm done & so disgusted with this company!!!
