Direct tv review


I had direct tv for several years. It was very expensive so I decided to switch to a different company and turn off the direct tv. Final billing became a nightmare, first was told that I was over charge for extra transmitter and was credited$115 then was charge for two movies on one of transmitter box..ok still No refund after endless calls to dtv ..different agents told me refund on the way or put in request put in for refund. Anyway No refund was made but got another bill for $69 was told I was credited too much money so that was the I would have to pay now ..nothing can be done ..I say they never intended to give Any refund back..they held the refund so they could think of a way to say something else so they didn't have to give any $ back. A bunch of crooks.. ADM

We have used Direct TV for years. Twice we canceled due to cable included in our lease. Both times no problems-received excellent customer service even when I had a problem about a bill conflict-they resolved to my advantage. We presently are leasing a house w/Brighthouse service and am going to return to Direct TV, which we find excedes others we or our friends have had.
