Direct tv took money out of my account. When I called about it the supervisor refused to talk to me - Direct TV

Direct tv took $400 out of my account with out calling me about doing so first. When I called customer service they informed me that as soon as I returned the boxes they would refund my money. The boxes arrived at their facility on 3/16/17. I called on 4/4/17 and asked why I wasn't refunded my money yet. The first person said well if you reinstate your account today we will credit it back to your account. I said no and he transferred me to billing. The lady at billing had no clue what she was doing or how t handle the situation when I asked to take Witt her supervisor. She said he refused to talk with me because my issue was higher than his pay grade. WTF?!?! So I was advised to wait 10 days and see if they call me back beucsse direct tv has to decide if they want to put my money back into my account. There is no deciding here. I did what I was told and I want my money back. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone again.
