Directv Customer Service - DirecTV


I recently am in contract with DIRECTV as of May 2014. Since my first conversation with a representative from DIRECTV I have been suspect about the competence of the company and services. And as of today, my suspicions have proven to be very valid. I have emailed and called and spoken with various representatives that have yet to provide a resolution to my problem. In fact, the lies continue to mount as I am told different information regarding my referral credit and when it will be applied. In addition to this, when trying to resolve billing issues regarding free receivers I am supposed to receive as a courteous for not being told the standard receivers were not compatible with my high definition receivers, I am transferred to verifications where I must agree to a one time receiver charge in excess of $200. Honestly, the $420 for cancelling the service is highly being considered out of my disappointment with the entire organization.
