Directv has no e-mail support - direct tv

For some reason that defies common sense, Directv has decided not to provide any e-mail support of any kind to their customers who they call "valued" but don't step p to prove that. I just wanted to find out what the new time for the NFL broadcast was since the NFL had cancelled the original new broadcast time due to inclement weather and the person on the phone told me to go to the website. THe website gave me no information, there is no e-mail support and the chat kicks me out because they use a different browser. Result: NO HELP WHATSOEVER!? What's the point of paying for something where I get no service whatsoever. I am done with my contract, so tomorrow morning I cancel my service! Goodbye, Directv! Hello next.
