Directv - horrible customer service - DirecTV service


Directv stopped working. We did the troubleshooting steps and then called tech support. They could not help and said a tech would come some time more than a month later. Meanwhile I am responsible to pay for the full service. I talked to a supervisor who said a month's wait was "crazy." She promised a call the next day to resolve things. Of course there was no call and someone canceled my coming tech support visit. Calls today to DTV were to no avail.
