Don't use Direct TV


The worst company ever. Thieves and liars. Poor service, not as promised on so many levels. When you call you always speak with a different person, most speak little English. You get No Where!!!! Legally I don't know how they get by with the things they pull. I am contacting the AG in my state and Consumer Protection. Please everybody do the same and maybe we can do something about the way this company does business. And if u really want to get ticked off, go to the stock pg and look at the incomes of their top people. And for what??? Ripping people of, that's what!

I totally agree. For over 5 years that I have been a customer, every month my bill is different. I wanted to cancel, but was told I could not without paying a charge to cancel which was a large charge. I must keep them until 2013. I am down to only the basic. Who do I send a letter to to complaint?
