I have had nothing but bad service since I have enrolled with Direct TV and I want to cancel it with out having to pay any fees. I have called and complained and was told I would have someone call me within 72 hours and never got a call. I have had nothing but lies told to me from the beginning of the sale on what channels I will be getting and how easy it will be to combine my bill with AT&T. I had issues with installation then issues with combing my bill with AT&T then issues with being able to watch the sport teams that was promised I can watch. The on demand feature sucks if I want to watch all seasons of a TV show. Can't watch my baseball team that I want to watch without up grading. Which I was told I could. Just found out that I can't watch my basketball team with out upgrading. which I was told I would be able to. I might be able to watch my favorite Football team but we will see when the football season starts. Tried to talk to customer service and they don't even now the names of the teams to assist me. Asked to speak to cancellation department and was told that he was having trouble with his computer after waiting for twenty minutes. Was told to call back and ask for the cancellation department because he wasn't able to call out. Called back and asked for the cancellation department and was told it will be a brief hold. Was on hold again for 15 minutes and no one answered. So I hung up and started writing this email.

Also a week ago I was told by a cancellation agent that if I say that I am in the military and have to move that they will cancel my service without any fees. Makes you really wonder about this company. Where even their own employees have to lie to get anything done.
