HORRIBLE LYING CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTALLERS !!!! - Direct TV Satellite Service

We have been Directv users for over 10 yrs. Put in a MOVE ORDER for the 27th of Aug. We made our HOUSE MOVE AROUND DIRECTV'S SHEDULE !!! Joshua Lix DVAZ-502665 shows up, already angry & proceeds to tells us he does NOT have a MOVE order & just LEAVES !!!! No calling his supervisor, leaves & speeds off. Now, we planned our Move around Directv & I AM NOW TOLD IT WILL BE A WEEK BEFORE WE HAVE CABLE %uD83D%uDE21%uD83D%uDE21. Totally unacceptable ... Directv, I would like someone out here TODAY .. hire out, whatever .. but this guy belongs in the basement, NOT at the face of Customers !!!! SHAME ON DIRECTV TO LURE PEOPLE WITH LIES !!!
