No service still billing / and early termination fee - DirecTv Company itself


In March 2017 my DirectTV bill went way up. I went into my local AT&T office and they told me the best thing to do was change it to someone else's names. I asked if there would be an early fee and they assured me that no I had no more contract. I was assured that 2 different times and so my roommate then signed up. The then end of April my roommate and I went into At&T again and nice guy/salesman named Bejon (sp) again assured me that this would be easy to do. There were several calls because AT&T's computer appointment issues. He had my contact information and my roommate's information and when the system was working he would call us. Well finally on May 6th the internet thru AT&T was changed and then the DirectTV was changed. What a relief or so I thought. My bill would go from 150 to 89 a month. Well somehow my DirectTV was not cancelled as I requested so I have two bills for DirectTV and now a disconnect fee of 180. Wow the worse customer service department ever. On hold forever once I requested a manager/supervisor. He (Adam) was rude and condescending towards me. Refused to work with me on taking off the billing for duplicate bill, since I cancelled it with AT&T. I demanded to speak to his manager and he told me I would receive a call back within 48 hours. I wont hold by breath.
