Spoke to Jeffery 8/06/13, when answering he seem as though I was bothering him. Explained that my HD CHANNELS were not working but all my others were ok--he had me pull up a HD CHANNEL the a REG CHANNEL, told him what was happening he had me go to the Master Bedroom --I explained this is not a HD tv he said it don't matter --had me unplug the receiver from the power the satellite--then plug them back up to see if they worked I told him no--now my remote would not work --I tried to explain that this tv would have to be reset --he said rudely I don't know what your talking about-he then had me unplug everything again--then again still not working--I asking what was this doing --all the time he was acting like I was stupid saying I am trying to reset it--I said if it don't work what will we do he said smart” use the radio”!!!! All this time I could hear him using words I did not like under his breath and if you listen to the recording you said you do you can hear the F word--then he had to me go to the other bedroom -I explained that this is not HD--so we went through the same thing he got very rude and loud and I ask him could he not be a little nicer and not yell and he said "oh you can hear me" he told me to get the remote push the input button I told him it did not have a input button --he very ugly said starting at the top read everything on the remote---then he said does your remote have numbers on it ????? He then told me he could not do anything else---I would have to get a tech to come out ---I hung up on him.. waited and called back got a very sweet girl –I am at work now but I think her name is Jennifer ?? I have it written down at home—but she had me go to my HD TV—she had me just go to a few things she did something on her end—told me to hit the reset button and in 5 min my service was working—she was wonderful---someone needs to listen to my recording with the Jeffery and he does not need to work anywhere in customer service—I work at a Bank and God forbid if anyone acted like this they would be fired on the spot. If that recording is for Quality Service then it needs to be used!!!!!!
