They lie


The first time I order the service from Direct tv, to my new home it was because there where not other company in my zone. I used to have directv , for 10 years, but i change to a different company ATT UVERSE, and when I moved i had to go back to Directv.

1.They always start with a number of channels and after a while the take away those channels. For example they give you for 2 year like animal planet and one they you can not longer see that channel.
2. When it rains, you can't watch tv. With Uverse it never happens.
3. Costumer service, specially latin america CS is the worst.
4. THEY ASK if you want proteccion plan and if you say "noooo," IT DOEN'T MATTER they put it in your package anyway adding 7.99 a month. plus 12% of taxes.
5. they tell you you will pay an amount but not true, they lie, yu will pay 15 more. They dont tell you stuff and when you find out and call them, they say did you read the entire contract the small letters?
6. The Optimo mas package or any latin package sucks. They give you garbage.
7. They offer me 225 channels and 124 is religion, or tv shopping. 40 music and radio

Defenitely the worst service you pay a lot of money for a fortune.

8. be carefull, they say that the programing and dvr are separated, and you end up paying more. you ask for a package and you thinh thats it. nooooooooo thet told me, the package you pay for the boxes and for the dvr and for the channels and for the hd.
I said but you said it was all included. they reply - no mam.
OMG the lie I thought I paid for a package and that was it.
