Won't give me back my money! - DirecTv Company itself


Directv took $600 dollars out of my bank account without me knowing at the beginning of the month which was actually my rent money. I called to get everything fixed and they said they would be able to put half of it back into my bank account. The lady told me it usually take 24 hours but they had to tell me up to 2 days. I saw where right after I talked to her Directv had accessed my account again had credited a dollar and then withdrew it. So i figured they would be posting the rest later. I wait and look after it had been two days and it's still not there. I call again and am told there were no notes where the lady was suppose to put it back on my account and that it had been credited to my directv account. Okay so I say well I need it in my bank my rent has bounced and I'm getting a bunch of fees. Now I'm told 5-10 day before it will be credited. I ask why when before I was told up to 2 days and that it didn't take them 5-10 days to take it from my account. No one can tell you anything they transfer you and you wait on the phone for hours. Also I had my service taken down to the family package for 29.99 then I have to pay 25.oo for 1 reciever and I get all the same channels I had on my antenna for free besides all the infommercial channels that you don't even watch. I want out but it seems everytime you talk to them you end up with more months added to your contract even when they tell you they wont add more. I HATE DIRECTV DO NOT GO WITH THEM! You are better off just streaming from your internet and using an antenna
