bad service - direct tv service


direct t.v. sucks! dont get it. i have no channels and they want to charge me 50.00 to come out and fix it.

your absolutely right, They told me the same thing I told them I pay bills for these kinds of problems( My sat.transponder signals have ten zeros and I only have 10 other numbers above 80). They insist I pay the tech for the work. I told them to cancel my service and how the fees and new charges started to add up. They don't have my CC info. But they do have all my past checks If they use my rout.# and acct# to do an unauthorized ACH transaction for a disputed fee I am going to haul there butt right down to the district magistrates office. I'll never be a direct t.v customer again. I'm checking into free to air receivers.

None of the cable providers are great. They price gouge, with Directv I have to pay monthly for them to ensure their product works. They have never pro-rated my bill when my receiver didn't work and I had to fight them to get it replaced. They claim that you sign a 2 year contract when you install the dish but they won't send you a copy of the contract (because there isn't one). They are one of the most unscrupulous businesses I have dealt with.
