Directv gave me one total price over the phone for a package that included internet and my phone service. My first bill came in not including my phone and internet and it was more than the price that was quoted. The second bill came in 3 times the price that was quoted and both bills did not include my phone and internet service.

They also said if I allow them to deduct automatically I was supposed to get an additional discount. They are deducting as much money as they want!

When I called them to complain the service person told me they shouldn't have given me a price over the phone that included my phone and internet service.

You cannot trust this company. Do not make the same mistake I did because I am stuck with them for 2 years now. They will tell you any price over the phone to get you into using their service, then you get the big surprise when the bill comes.

Direct tv is the worst of the worst company ever. Bad customer service, the treat black people like trash, they are racist. If a customer rep find out you have an accent, they treat worst. I stay in the phone for more than 1 hr and 55 minutes in the phone for just to swap an equipment they sent in error. I dont know what I was thinking by leaving my other cable provider. as soon as my 2 years are up direct tv will be history for me. please if you need peace of mind do not I repeat do not have direct tv
