unsatisfied customer


after nine years of service I have paid my bill on time. And after a heart attack I missed a payment and you will not work with me. I think that after so many years you would keep a customer satisfied and work with them. But no they want the almighty dollar and forget how the customer feels. I would not get direct TV nor would

I recomend them to friends or family. They are not user friendly. Also we pour OUR LAST 75.00 on our account thinking they would work with us but NO. They got snooty when we asked to be put on a payment plan and work with us.
