ACCOUNT - Billing Dept is very inadequate.


Iam trying to get a letter stating i dont have a account with you. they would not give me a letter over the phone said i had to fill out one of these to do it. my email is ballsdeep1982@gmail.com

I talked to someone on July 21th 2014 and on July 22nd 2014 and than again today which is August 8th 2014. Direct TV added Premium chancels even though when it was told from day one when I set up the Direct TV account that I did not want nor need the 30 day trail. They put it on there anyway and because it is taken directly from my account I did not realize it until a month in. I called on July 21st 2014 and got hung up on I called back on July22,2014 and was told they would give me a 2 month credit. August 4th bill comes out and ounce again I was lied to by three different people because when I was tranfered to accounting department they said I could not receive a credit. So either one person lied that said I could not receive a credit or the three previous people lied to me. This is a bad way to do business because when three people day one thing and than one comes on the line the same day as the third person and says they are not allowed to do credit somebody needs to pull they head out of the sky and get it together. I will be checking around for service providers who DO NOT LIE. I have had two different homes that both have direct TV for many many years but if this is how they do business it won't be for much longer
