Being charged too much money - CUSTOMER SERVICES


I was being charged for receivers that i didn't have and i called in on 03/14/15 , and the problem still wasn't being solved. This employee solved it and was very nice about it, he placed me on hold and would come back to check on me, he kept me informed on the process. I have been a customer since 2007.
