Terrible customer service - direct tv


My bill with Direct TV has been going up every month, since January 2017. I have called multiple times, each time on the phone for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, speaking to various representatives. After being put on hold multiple times, to "see what they could do", I was told each time my bill would go back down to it's original January price. I cringe every time I open my bill, because it's a reminder I've been lied to again, when I see a new higher price. I work in customer service & we would never treat our customers this way. We go out of our way to treat our customers with excellent customer service. I have taken names & even printed off chat conversations. I stayed on the line the first time, to give a nice survey for a representative, only to find out at the next bill, the price went up again. I am so angry!!
