We signed up thru AT & T. Service agreement was not given to us but there is agreeemnt which has fine prints.
Installer said if you have problem call us when we did we found out that there is service call charge. We have 3 receivers for which we paying rent but customer service told us since we did not signed up for protection plan you will be responsible if something goes wrong with receivers. Customer service is one of the worst I ever experienced.

One service man said you can cancel,the service within 3 months butwhen we called customer service they said there is no such thing. Every customer service rep gives you different story.
Programming is worst than Comcast.
We are senior citizens how can we get out of this mess? Please help.

We had not seen any company that they charge for everything even if you pay the rent for their equipment and they would not correct the problem without service charge or unless you sign up for protection plan
