I want my installation!!! - Awful Customer Service

My installation was scheduled on Dec. 26, rescheduled by DirectV for Dec. 29, and I'm told it has to be rescheduled AGAIN for Jan 2! Shouldn't thr customers be served in order?! I spoke with 5 different representatives without any assistance, and not much apology! I'm not asking for much...all I want is the service I signed up for!
