Direct tv customer service are by far the worst people I've ever had to deal with. I was overcharged for so much with no reason. I would not recommend your service to anyone. So glad I cancelled my service so I never have to deal with your customer service ever again.

I was very ill when a blood clot broke loose and caused a brain bleed, DIRECTV suspended my service for late payment, I asked them to please turn my service back on because I am bed ridden nothing to watch, I insured them that I would pay the full amount on 07-01-15 & that is after I paid $200 on 06-01-15 I am still with out service , I am going to switch to dish I do not have to put my life out there for every one to know, if you want satellite do not get DIRECTV
