Directv quoted me one price when I signed up for service. ($65 for television and internet). After pulling my credit and getting my credit card information, as well as setting up an installation date, I was transferred to a different department, who said that the price would actually be $10 more. When I requested that the price be changed back to my original quote, he refused and sent me to the cancellation department.

The cancellation department said that they could change the price by $5 to $70, but that a salesperson would have to push it through. When I spoke with the salesman, he said there was nothing he could do, and that the price was stuck at $75.

I requested that he cancel my order and send me an email stating that the order had been canceled. I confirmed my email address, but have yet to receive anything.

I am very disgruntled.
