It is my opinion that since the services I agreed to were not delivered as ordered due to price difference, no included Genie DVR and the cutting of our internet service so they could use the existing line, qualifies for waiving the cancellation fee of $480 and the monthly fee of $76.90. I am willing to pay for the 48 hours of service I did receive.

On 4/8/17, I did file a formal complaint with the Better Business

There was no resolution with the numerous contacts with rude customer service representatives.
