DIRECT TV HORRIBLE - Service with DIRECT TV

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DIRECT TV! I have been with Direct TV for 10 years. I called yesterday to have my account closed. When I spoke to the representative yesterday, I inquired about the new customer charges and asked if I could get that or to lower my bill. I was told no. I asked if I cancelled my service and had it started again, could I get the great rate that the new customers got (remember, I have been with them for 10 years). I was told no, that I would be a returning customer. I then told them to disconnect my account on 8/8/15. This morning on 8/2/15 NO TV SERVICE. I called to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told there was none. GO FIGURE! So, if you are thinking about Direct TV, look elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!
