DirecTV will rip you off for every dime you have once you cancel their service - DirecTV

I entered into a 2 year agreement, one year into the agreement I cancelled service due to my bill continuing to go up, customer service was awful, and I received a better offer for services. DirecTV ERRONEOUSLY charged my credit card $758.37 (a house payment to some people) as they state it was a legitimate charge. Once I confronted them about the charges and try to set up payment arrangements, they will not refund my money and allow the payment arrangement because they "have already been paid". By charging my credit card without my permission because it was "in the fine lines" as they explained. 3 customer service reps and 1 supervisor later, I will now be reporting the charge as fraudulent through my bank. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO DIRECTV EVER AGAIN FOR ANY REASON. I will go without TV before I pay this company any more of my money, and will not recommend them to anyone. I will have my mother and any family member who has this service cancel their services and have them as an unauthorized charge before they can get to their bank accounts. I believe DirecTV needs to be punished for what they are doing to people's bank accounts! Hell, I may even file my own lawsuit against them to reimburse my money back!!!

They did the same thing to me today without authorization for $628 and over drafted my account.

Is it even legal for them to draft your account without your permission? I was told that I gave permission for this to happen but I do not recall that and I would like to think I would not agree to it.
I'm pissed they just stole my money!!

LETS FILE A LAWSUIT!!!!!! I am FED up with them not taking responsibility for their failure to send me bills in the mail!!!! In their opinion, everything is my fault. I even called my local postal service to make sure that I am receiveing all of my mail. My bill should be originally around $80 a month, but the total balance due is almost $300!! I have even been paying them monthly! When I asked them to send me a master statement of all my payments and bills (Jan 2014 to June 2014) they said that they are not able to do so. I REFUSE to pay an outrageous amount without having it on paper to back it up!
