Direct TV truck blocking my driveway!

I have been a Direct TV subscriber for years and have always been pleased with their service. Unfortunately, this morning I found one of their repair trucks blocking part of my driveway. I needed to get my kids to school and had to drive over my grass to get out of my driveway. The plate number on the van was Z15 2291. There was ample parking all along the street and so I do not understand why this repairman chose to park where he did. Evidently, it does not pay to already be a customer!�’
