Direct tv representatives all give inconsistent information regarding package - Direct TV Satellite Service


I have had multiple representative consistently tell me different things "they can do " to help my issues they are previous rep caused. I even recorded my conversation with a rep and had to play it back for another rep AND the supervisor because I was told I did not make a request of a package I clearly did. Then a supervisor tells me that he can not go back and review a "call that is recorded for quality purpose " ..(big joke). After ANOTHER supervisor puts in a request for Internet installation with their partnered Internet company (which was not explained in my very first conversation with a rep) the Internet company never called me as I was told they would do so. On the second day I think no nternet I canceled everything. I am told that a box will come in the mail which I will use to send backback the direct tv equipment. While waiting for the box, I get charged $192 for not turning the equipment, I never received the box to send it back. -_-
