If it rains or snows....forget it! - DirecTV service

Directv promised us they had improved their service from years ago....when it rains or snows there is always service.....so they said! Living in MN we constantly have snow settling on the satellite....which stops service. Or we have spring and summer rain falls....which also stood service. It is so frustrating! When our contract is up in Jan. we will be going back to comcast. Not once was our comcast ever out of service weather related. Booooooo to directv!
