remote control - Program remote control


Directv tec support have got to be the dumbest people on earth.I talked to four people,one said they were a expert .None of them helped me at all. One told me my brand new remote must be broken.All I wanted to do was program my remote to my receiver so it would work in RF mode. Good thing I found my Universal remote control user guide, took me about five min,to fix it.They kept trying to mess with my receiver.I told them my receiver was all ready in RF mode.All I had to do was put in six numbers on my remote and Bingo,Fixed. And you dont even have to have the receiver or tv on to do it. I guess Directv dont give there expert tec people A Directv Universal remote control user guide.
