Inappropriate Installation

On December 8, 2014 I was duped into a DirecTv installation by Ciairra Austin.
She represented Clear Satellite-Washington state (she was going door-to-door with another young man).
I asked her about switching from Dish Network early, to which she replied %u201CWe%u2019ll take care of that%u201D! We are now being charged two bills every month-DirecTv AND Dish Network.

HughesNet sent a bill & wants $600 for %u201Cnon payment%u201D to Dish.

We need to retain Dish and have DirecTv removed-without early termination fees. I was lied to and all of this needs to be corrected.

BTW: Brian F.-the installer-removed the %u201CDish%u201D unit from the roof without asking!!! I read that doing so is a violation of DirecTv policy.
Who's gonna reinstall it???

P.S. I am lodging a review on the MeasuredUp website.

I sent both ClearSat & DirecTv emails of this today-%u200E3/%u200E4/%u200E2015
