My installation experience was great, my technician worked with me and let me know what was going on throughout the installation. He showed me the different mounts they have to offer I was able to get a better idea on how my dish was going to look like.

The DIRECTV tech was really helpful, he took the time to really explain how he planned my installation. I've experienced some really bad technicians, DIRECTV Is by far the best.
