My name Verndale Johnson, I have the most horrible experience with your company Direct TV;
1. I applied for the $19.95 never happened
2. Was not informed didn't provide Internet
3. Each representative gave different information and said the other one was not telling "truth"
4. Never received the bundle as told
Now that I can't tolerate anymore lies and deceit your company wants to charge me $795.00 for such poor service. A stranger came in our neighborhood, going door selling something they are not informed about. Giving paying people the wrong information that's going to cost them. When I ask for corporate number, they are not allowed to give it to a customer. What is your company "Hiding"? I'm appalled at the way you all handle business. Your company employees are not professional nor use any business ethics at all. Your company falsely advertised for the $19.95 which didn't nor the bundle that I was told. I can be reached at (407)929-9070. I'm also taking my complaint to the (BBB) and post on my blog "How Direct TV rob you without a Gun". You all ought be ashamed and put out of business. Now I understand why people don't recommend your services to other.
