Direct TV is a no from me

Probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with when it comes to survive. it has become beyond ridiculous that I have to be on the phone with them for 2 hours on Christmas Eve because the TV just stops working randomly. We pay our bills on time so I assure you that is not the issue. I beyond tired of wasting my time trying to get my direct TV survive to work. This should not be a every other month issue.
