BILLING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS


I too have Direct TV, Every time it rains, even sprinkles a little the service goes out. Their customer service is the WORST. After the 1st year the bill doubled. I called customer service and was offered another discount for the next year. Bill comes the following month and wrong again. I called customer service again, 4 transferred and an hour later, i am offered the same deal, again thanking the issue is taken care of. WRONG!! This month the bill comes again, i call customer service and am now told no longer available. I ask for a supervisor, he tells me the same thing, I ask for someone over him. He tells me his is the top person and i have to write a letter to Corp office. REALLY?? I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. I did contact the FCC but probably will not do any good. I am told other then Corp they do not have to report to anyone.
